Thanks to Toured - Europe DMC and Events Travel, I had the best solo travelling experience in Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Greece. This was my second solo trip to Europe in two years but first personalised itinerary without a group travel guide and driver to fall back on.

I had just had an amazing adventure in Vietnam and Dubai and was excited to embark on my European leg of the two month long travel journey.

My itinerary to Europe was finalised literally a day or two before leaving Dubai. It was a stressful time but once the final payment was made, things moved at an express speed.

Once I was introduced to Ahmed (who remained my contact at Toured right till the end), I knew I was in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble for him. At times, it felt he was at my personal service even though he was handling multiple other clients.

From airport transfers in luxury vehicles to booking affordable 3-3.5 star clean and modern accomodation, arranging tours and organising last minute activities to sending driver information with their contact details at least 24 hours in advance, it was all done with clockwork precision.

Ahmed would re send my train vouchers, attraction vouchers and boarding passes the night before, even though I already had most of the information in the travel itinerary.
He would offer multiple choices on my free days keeping in mind the cost and distance and if ever a pre booked tour was cancelled, he would offer prompt assistance to find another one at similar cost.

Towards the end, I unfortunately hurt my back and Ahmed made sure I got wheelchair assistance from Athens to Santorini at the last minute. He contacted me regularly to make sure I was still ok to travel and even offered to cancel and rebook another hotel in Athens instead. Of course, that wasn’t even an option for me. Santorini was a must and it did happen and I am so grateful for this entire experience ?

It was this amazing service, attention to every detail, ability to handle the last minute changes with so much patience and professionalism, prompt response to WhatsApp messages and to make you feel like their own family are all the reasons I’ll rebook with Toured without any hesitation.

We were a group of 64 people mostly senior citizens traveling from USA and Canada on a 12 days trip to Morocco, Portugal and Spain. Spanish DMC and Event Travel provided us guides for our Portugal and Spain part of tour. These guys went way above and beyond their contractual obligations to make sure that our vacation was enjoyable, comfortable, educational and memorable.

Starting in Portugal; we have Ahmed Taher and Pedro as our guides, these guys are very knowledgeable about the country and provided details about various site we visited in Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra. They recommended several eateries and shop, which were all amazing. As we were a large group, we had different flights from Lisbon to Madrid, our guides arranged for us to go to the airport at appropriate time, and they stayed with us throughout the check-in process. One of flights with about 20 of our group members was cancelled, Pedro remained with this group not only to ensure that they all got re-booked into different flights on the same day, but to make sure they actually boarded the flight!

When we arrived in Madrid, Ahmed Taher was there to greet us. He made sure we collected all of our luggage and belongings. In Madrid, our second guide was Raeid Salim, between the two of them they made sure all 64 of us (coming in different flights) got to our hotels comfortably and safely. Again, in Madrid, they recommended excellent sites to visit. They also arranged for PCR COVID testing for all of us, the testing was performed in our hotel. I remember asking Ahmed what if one of our senior member tests positive, he smiled and said no worries I will stay with them through the quarantine period, and ensure they safely return to their home! Amazing, and unbelievable customer service. Once again, our flights back to USA and Canada were on different airlines, terminal and different times, these guys made multiple trips to take us to the airport and remained with us through the check-in process.
