Do not take your historical door here for refurbishment. I hired Mark and his team to refurbish my door and all they did was sand/ strip 1/4 of the door as well as destroyed a $500 vintage hardware set. Mark knew about breaking the hardware and never told us. We only found out after the door was delivered back to us.

Good companies are truthful about screw-ups and lead with how they are going to try to fix the situation. SurfaceRX never told us about breaking the hardware and when I asked about it, they admitted it but never made any suggestions as to how they could help fix.

Trash of customer service, I worked with this company two years back and had no complaints but try to get an estimate for a commercial job and the guy told me to submit photos for a 7000sf office full of furniture. I asked if someone could come to give me an accurate price and the guy hang up on me when I said that I could not submit that amount of photos. What a shame of customers service now.

A delivery crew scarred our engineered hardwood floors by dragging an extremely heavy refrigerator across them. Several flooring and repair companies told us the only solution was replacement.

Surfaces Rx proved them wrong. Working very quickly and cleanly, Crystal and Rob and Nataly restored our flooring so that we cannot even see the scraped tracks.

And they were very affordable.
