Olivia is simply wonderful! From the atmosphere to the friendly a service to the absolutely delicious food, this restaurant has it all! We sat at the community table and just so happened to be next to friends we knew. The cocktails were lovely and the pasta was incredible. I’m gluten free and they had so many options, including gluten free focaccia and pasta! And their desserts were gluten free as well (hello cheesecake!) We’ll definitely be back, this is an amazing spot!

We had a great time here! Exceptional service, wonderful atmosphere. The food and drinks were delicious, I loved the arancini and the pecorino cheesecake, so good! We were celebrating and they also brought us some champagne for the table. Overall wonderful experience at Restaurant Olivia.

I’ll be honest. I was extremely hesitant to come here. I was visiting from Miami and coming to celebrate my fiancés birthday and wasn’t sure it was going to be a good pick based on atmosphere from the pictures online. It was such a pleasant surprise. Entering it was romantic and the lighting made it so that every table seemed so private and cozy. The service was immaculate the pasta was the best pasta I have ever had in my life. We got the whipped bison tallow with the focaccia and my taste buds threw a party. The peppers were soft and crunchy, the Calabrian chili gastrique and the gooseberry’s were the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The olive oil cake was light and fluffy it was the perfect treat for after dinner. We left satisfied and perfectly full. If I lived in Denver I would go ever weekend and indulge in the deliciousness that they have to offer.

My boyfriend took me here for dinner on my birthday and we throughly enjoyed it. The service is phenomenal and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was how close seating was from other people(it felt less intimate). I would recommend doing the 5 course meal because you get to taste a nice variety of meals. Although it seems like the plates are small, you will be full after the fifth course (my boyfriend and I were stuffed).

Excellent restaurant! Great food and service! Our party had vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free and they were able to accommodate all of us. The vegan food was delicious! Highly recommend!

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Olivia, and everything was spectacular! We were lucky to have Greg as our server—his recommendations were only overshadowed by his humor! He brought us complimentary champagne to toast our celebration :))

To start, we shared the focaccia with garlic butter, chopped salad, and arancini. All three were stellar. The focaccia was hot and seasoned with chive/mozzarella (omg) and the garlic butter was delicately whipped to perfection. The salad was extremely light and well dressed. Arancini was crisp and subtly flavored. No complaints!

Between courses, we enjoyed a tiny intermezzo which was delicious and refreshing! And also so cool, as we had an intermezzo at our wedding reception—kismet!

For our mains, we shared the ravioli (French onion soup in fresh pasta form) and the tagliatelle (super fresh and light bolognese). Loved both! The tagliatelle balanced out the richness of the ravioli really nicely.

Finally we finished with the pecorino cheesecake, topped with a granola crumble and tart huckleberries. Heavenly!

We booked our reservation well in advance but it was worth the wait! We’ll be back to try the fall menu and celebrate my husband’s birthday!

Olivia is an incredible dining experience. The food (especially the Caramelized Onion Ravioli and Venison) was to die for, and the staff are incredibly attentive. Our server, Greg, was particularly hospitable, keeping us smiling and laughing all through dinner. We will definitely be returning!

We had an incredible experience at Olivia! They were so gracious and welcoming on our first date out with our newborn baby! The food was exceptional with great attention to my gluten allergy. The g free pasta is so good — and the bread was also top notch. The rest of my gluten-eating party said their pasta and bread was also to die for. I am still dreaming of the chopped salad. I can’t wait to go back!
