This place is simply amazing! Forget the word “hostel” as you know it — this feels more like a boutique stay where you’re treated like a dear guest. Everything here is on the highest level: the rooms are spotless, new, and comfortable, with a desk, air conditioning, and even little details like a fan lamp. Daily cleaning keeps everything shining. On the ground floor there’s a cozy lounge and coworking space, and on the rooftop — exercise machines and sun loungers to relax under the sky. The big kitchen is fully equipped with everything from pans and plates to a toaster and microwave. Within walking distance you can grab a snack, coffee, or even a glass of wine. Smokers will appreciate the designated area on the first floor. We chose a room with a private bathroom, and it was absolutely worth it — the price difference was minimal, and the comfort is incredible. Honestly, if you ever see a negative review, just ignore it. I’ve seen a lot of places, and this one is worth every cent. Special thanks to the wonderful team for making us feel at home. We’ll definitely come back — no doubt about it! And for those wondering: it’s just 20–30 minutes to the city center by bus C2. To the team: I send a warm hug to each of you. Thank you for all the work you do, for your kindness, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. Every detail here shows the care you put into this place, and I am truly grateful for it.🤗❤️

The room is clean and nice, but it seems like the shared bathroom is only being cleaned when a new guest arrives, so if someone stays the whole time it will just stay dirty. You are expected to take out the trash yourself. The staff is almost never there, and not very helpful even when there. I dropped my towel and it got dirty and asked for a new one and they refused to give me, it feels so uncomfortable. It seems like they care more about their strict policies than to do the one little extra step to make you feel comfortable. They give you only one toilet paper roll and they are not always there to give you a new one (luckily a room next to us bought they own rolls and left it for everyone when the left) so you always have to be mindful of asking for a new roll before it is done.

As a digital nomad who’s looking for an international community, co-working area, fast internet and an area to settle down his mind, I found this place pretty randomly. I was a newbie in Málaga and from the first day the staff were super friendly and incredibly kind. Alejandro and Paloma have always an smile on their faces :) The rooms are clean and there’s a regular cleaning service. The co-working area was a life saver as it’s pretty nice for remote workers (consider I have daily meetings) The last but not least, the roof, where you meet new people from all around the world and also read your book, lift some weight, or play ping pong and the list goes on … Highly recommended!

Just spent some time at Live It Malaga and I absolutely recommend it. The coworking spaces and solarium area are top-notch — perfect for both productivity and relaxing under the sun. The apartment and rooms were clean, functional, and well-equipped, making everything feel smooth and easy. What really made the difference was the staff: super friendly, helpful, and always available. Overall, a pretty cool place to stay, work, and connect with others. Would definitely come back!

Not super central but fantastic value for money. We arrived late at night and reception was closed. Finding our apartment and room was quite difficult without help, other guests who arrived at the same time also could not find their apartments. However, everything else was great, clean rooms and very friendly staff. We will be back.

I’ve been living in Live It Málaga for a month now, and I will spend more months there. The place is amazing, very new and cosy, there is all you need. The rooftop is the perfect place where to meet new people and make new friends. There is a gym, ping pong table and a fantastic co-working space where you can work or study. I needed help with something and Paloma helped me immediately, she is very accommodating and nice! Thank you so much! I’m loving this place!
