Super fresh, excellent sushi. We opted for the fixed menu that was $65/pp. Awesome value. Loved every course. We were upstairs and it was quieter with some 2-person and longer tables. Downstairs is the bar and community seating. Was pretty busy there as we left at about 6PM on a Tuesday.

The BEST dining experience we have ever had. We were celebrating our anniversary and were given the most wonderful service. Everyone is kind and helpful. And the sushi is incredible! It’s expensive, but you’ll enjoy spending your money here! Cannot recommend enough.

Unique combinations of flavors and rolls that are not traditional to standard sushi restaurants and they do not disappoint! We had so many good things! Dumplings, Grass Fed, Miso Soup were all delicious!

YUM! Lived up to the hype ! My favorite was the 5 piece aburi sampler ! The Pablo escolar was my favorite roll! Highly recommend trying the wagyu skewers with chimichurri - phenomenal way to start the night. The miso soup was also exceptionally flavorful. Only thing that was just ok was the wild flower roll. Drinks were also stellar ! Favorite was the Kyoto whiskey sour followed by the ume old fashioned. Wife loved the surf and turf roll and said the handlebar vegetarian roll was just okay.

We are Coloradans and consider CB our favorite mountain town, so we visit frequently and enjoy eating at the amazing local restaurants. This past March was our first dining experience at IC, and besides one rude waitress, we enjoyed every bit of it. Every dish was beautiful, uniquely creative, and delicious! The manager, other servers, food, environment, and super fun hostess were amazing! Go to Izakaya Cabin when they're not busy so that you can sit and enjoy the incredible cuisine and a cozy, energetic atmosphere without being rushed.

Our group of 6 stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. The food was delicious, the wait staff was friendly and helpful. The sushi was some of the best I've had. Even the miso soup was better than average. It was great that we could get good food at a place with a dog friendly patio. They have a tablet you can use to place orders for the table, which is very convenient. I will definitely go back if I return to Crested Butte.

I lived in Okinawa for over ten years. This place is the real deal. Great food. Fair prices. Excellent service. They have Yamazaki single malt at a reasonable price. Ryan was a great host.
