We had a great experience with Five Star Restoration! We discovered the leak in our bathroom on a weekend, and they sent someone out that same day to pull up the wet floor and set up the dehumidifier. Steve was our project manager and we enjoyed working with him. He was helpful and a pleasure to work with, and he always responded right away when we had questions. We now have a beautiful new shower and bathroom floor, as well as new sink and countertop! I would definitely recommend Five Star Restoration, and we would contract with them again.

Tragic flood of my entire home 7/13/24. The contents were safely packed and stored until this day.All items were photographed, boxed and the items were listed in spreadsheets for easy access. Diego Sevilla, Alex Wright and Jesus Castellanos delivered my belongings carefully and respectfully. This crew was friendly and accommodating working around contractors that were finishing up at the house. I cannot thank Five Star Restoration enough. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs these types of services. Five star review for a Five Star company. Bravo!!!!

I’ll be honest… I put a screw into a pipe that caused a slow leak for 3 months into my kitchen. In my defense the builder secured said pipe to the stud I was attempting to drill into. so it’s not really my fault….

With that said Five Star did a great job. The quality of the work was great and we had very little issues. As with any job, hiccups arise. Five star was responsive and attentive to our needs. They worked with our budget and really helped us repair our kitchen to an even better kitchen than we had prior.

I have nothing negative to say about Five Star. They did a great job.

My wife was piiiiiiiised when I struck that pipe…. But she’s whistling a different tune now with that new dream kitchen!!!! Thanks Five Star!

When our dishwasher leak damaged our floors our insurance company recommended we go through Five Star Restoration for the repairs. I wasn’t really looking forward to the repairs to be honest! But I am so glad we decided to move forward with the work. I am pretty sure we interacted from members of nearly every team there.
First Mike Story and his team came out to start the mitigation. He was able to answer all of my questions and the work took less time than anticipated. The team was efficient and cleaned up well.
Then Ray and his teams got started on the rest of the work. Because of the open layout we had the entire downstairs flooring replaced as well as the baseboards. The team that worked on the flooring was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It looks stunning.
And we decided to take this time to also repaint our entire home from top to bottom. This included high ceilings, inside closets, doors, walls and baseboards. They were able to complete this massive job within the time frame of us being out of town.
Hugo, Angel and the team that worked on the painting did an amazing job. They packed all of our belongings with care. They remembered the details. They confirmed with me along the way. They did everything I asked and more. Beautiful work.
The work all the teams did together was just fantastic. When we got back into our home it felt brand new! I was blown away by the communication, quality of work and efficiency. I have not experienced this level of service with any other contractor or home repair type company in the past. We will use Five Star again in the future and are recommending them to friends. We couldn’t be happier and we are so grateful.

We had a leaky dishwasher that unfortunately lead to a complete kitchen gut/remodel. 5 Star and their employees took an annoying situation, and through their commitment and expertise turned it truly into a 5 star experience! Eddie and Alex managed the job seamlessly with patience, knowledge and understanding! Ramiro was able to troubleshoot a situation that would have added more time to our project so beautifully that no one would ever know there was a problem to begin with. His craftsmanship and creativity is amazing. Richie, Matt and Miguel along with Ruben and Cruz, came into our gutted kitchen and left it looking like a million dollars. My family is beyond happy with our beautiful new kitchen and it’s all thanks to this amazing team!

Great company to work with. I had a drip, drip water heater leak in the garage that progressed to mold in the walls. After hazmat did their job, Five Star Restoration came on-board. I worked with Haleigh, Travis, Brandon, Anton, Randall and Mikhail. Five stars to everyone. I admit that I was anxious about everything....the staff understood and were kind, understanding and very professional. I highly recommend this excellent company. I thank the Hartford Insurance Company for connecting me with them. But like the dentist, I hope I don't have to call them again. LOL Thanks to everyone involved.
