I recently had my vehicle towed with a help by Michael Garcia (#352). Michael was a kind soul and a true gentleman. He treated my family with utmost respect. He first got us to a better place to transfer our belongings and waited to make sure my family's ride showed up. I never used foul language when speaking to them, however the front desk referred to me as an @ss h0le. Wildly unprofessional! Absolute horrible experience. The owners are dishonest and practice predatory business. I spoke with BOTH owners to try and resolve my complaints without success. Avoid this company at all costs. They are HAPPY to let the daily impound fees rack up WITHOUT notifying you on the phone what the rates are. I would have picked-up SAME DAY had I known. In the end they held my stolen vehicle hostage until I paid their fees. They did knock off $100 after standing my ground, but still ended up paying $560 just to get my stolen vehicle back.

Worst company ever. Called me 10 min before a pre booked appointment saying we are running 90 min late. Then after 2 hours I call back and they cannot even give me an ETA. And the arrogance of the lady on the phone was something else. Avoid these guys. Minus 5 stars!

We all know needing an unexpected tow can really ruin your day... but that's not the case with S&R Towing!

They were prompt, professional and genuinely caring. Service tech John was incredibly empathetic and helpful in getting my car to an auto mechanic. He arrived quickly with a helpful attitude and had my car on the road in no time. He knew exactly what to do and left me feeling my car was in good hands.

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow, they're a game changer!

I used S&R via AAA, but it took over 3 hours to show-up. Not sure why the delay, but Tow Operator Manny saved the day. Very knowledgeable, professional, and his towing/driving skills were 6 on a scale of 5.

S&R literally saved my day today. I locked my keys in my car and thought I would be standing out in the rain for a while. Within 5 minutes the truck waa at my car and the most wonderful man named Nick stepped out with a huge smile. Nick really made my day and had my keys out within a matter of minutes. Thank you S&R!
