Where do I begin ! The man is seriously God sent ! Jose is not only great at what he does man he is a really friendly gentleman. It was like if my dad was helping me tow my 1950 Desoto. Jose got it there safe. The car is my pride and joy. Jose was at the location of pick up 25 minutes before scheduled time, he was fast and definitely knows how to work a trailers with no problem ! Jose was a hero who rescued our boat on a trailer from the side of the freeway in Rancho Bernardo after a trailer axle failure issue. So appreciated that he fit us into his Sunday, communicated clearly on his schedule, and serious problem solving once he got to the boat to figure out how to get the boat/trailer (missing a wheel) onto his trailer and then unload at final destination. We had tried AAA, other towing services and are very thankful to have found Chato’s through google. Highly recommend!

My truck broke down while towing an rv. I tried 4 different companies before I found Chatos on Google. I spoke to Jose and he told me he would arrive in 1 and a half hours. He arrived when he said he would. He towed my truck to the dealer and then towed my RV to lakeside. He was polite and personable and he was about the business of getting me squared away.
