Ambience was good.. food was okay.. service was poor..

I ordered for water bottle.. once it came I wanted it to be replaced with soda as I am ordering non veg food.. they said they can only add soda .. and water cannot be replaced with soda. The bottle is still new condition and it was even touched.. it was in the same place where the waiter kept... Not sure why they didn't accept my request.. gravy was little oily...

Pls aware .. Some items were not available in the after noon.. like biriyani, gulab jamun etc... seems they are night time items. I'm ok with that..

Believe me! I am a foodie and a guy of good taste. Was suggested by my team to visit this place as I work with a corporate brand. So I had got my team of 15 out of 200 today to din and have a good time here.

This restaurant first asked us all men to sit in the gents area which was somewhat understood but they actually sent us to sit with the drunk people.

Imagine sitting with drunk men with a Corporate team of 13, who don't have any motive to drink or make a scene.

They were soo poor in service that whatever ordered was either denied or ignored or the food had extra salt in it.

*Extremely Disappointing Experience for Corporate Team Event*

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the appalling service our corporate team of 13 received at your restaurant last night. What was meant to be a celebratory team dinner turned into an experience we'd rather forget.

To start with, despite our reservation being made well in advance, the table wasn't ready when we arrived, forcing us to wait nearly 30 minutes without any explanation or apology. When we were finally seated, it took an unacceptable amount of time just to get our drink orders taken. Some members of our team had to repeatedly ask for water refills, and when drinks finally did arrive, they were either incorrect or poorly made.

The service was incredibly slow, with our orders taking over an hour to arrive. When the food did come, several dishes were cold, and a few orders were completely wrong. We had to send food back multiple times, which further delayed our meal. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

To make matters worse, the wait staff had a poor attitude and seemed uninterested in resolving the issues we raised. We were met with blank stares and dismissive responses, which only added to our frustration. For a restaurant that promotes itself as a great spot for corporate events, this was an utter failure. We ordered for ₹5000+

We chose your restaurant expecting a high level of service, but what we received was nothing short of embarrassing. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will certainly not be returning, nor will we recommend your establishment to others.

Please ignore this restaurant if you are in search for quality because they serve just quantity and that also without a bit of good service.

Service is pretty bad , waiting time was 1 hr for an order of chicken curry (half) and dal fry , also food taste was awful ?.. onion wer covered with black fungus and i don't know what was wrong with the lemons ... The only thing good was the packaged mineral water

Test is not good. Mutton handi is not properly Cook. When we complaint then he did not accept. Before est test food it's cooked or not.

This is one of the good,affordable and family freindly restaurent near Mhalgi nagar , dighori and kharbi area.

If you are looking for good taste over ambience and hygine then you must choose this place because they have really good taste of nonveg. You have to do little bit adjust with cleanliness and hygine.

Many people came here on Wednesday, friday and Sunday and you need to wait for your table however you will get table within 10 min as they have huge seating capacity around 250 people at a time.

They have seperate section of bachelor's, family, and men's section. Ambience is okay. They have improved a lot and still improving. I would suggest there should be imrovement on Staff and little bit hygine.

We had Chicken handi , Tandoori roti , Rice and soups. All were good except chicken lollipop. They provide you chicken pakoda fry instead chicken lollipop. So ask and order wisely. prices w.r.t. taste is really good.

Bahot hi mahnga khana hai, aur itne paise lagane ke bad bhi ekdam kam prman me sabji dete hai. Isse achha aur kan price me dusre hotal me milta hai. Swad utne bhi achha nahi jitna log batate hai.

The food quality is very cheap and service is also rates are high as compare to quality and quantity the place is not for the family.

The person who is serving in front my eye he tie the shoe lace and with same hand he served the chapati.

Did not like the service... I guess there was a shortage of staff... The same person was doing service and clearance.... And other work.
