I can’t recommend Fine Art Restoration and Henri enough!! If I could give his business 10 stars, I would!! I had a 100yr old lead crystal punch bowl, a family heirloom that was shipped to me. The shipping company did such a poor job, I was just heartbroken hearing broken glass as I opened the box. I had no idea glass could be repaired. I did an internet search and found Fine Art Restoration. I sent photos of the damage and broken pieces and Henri said he would take the project on.

I cannot express my elation when I saw the finished product. Is it 100%, no. But you have to look extremely closely for the repairs to “find” them. If the viewer didn’t know it was broken, they never would. Before I met Henri, I thought the punch bowl was destroyed and my only option was to throw it in the garbage. Thank God I in trusted Henri and Fine Art Restoration.

HENRI IS AMAZING!!! 10 out of 10 stars! Both as an antique restorer and as a person. He helped fix a family heirloom that was damaged in an earthquake -- it had been broken for years until he brought it back to life even better than before! When my mother passed away, she left me 3 glass porcelain dogs, which she had for 40 years (without a scratch on any of them) through 3 moves, 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. When we moved her things out of her house, the largest dog broke. I contacted Fine Art Restoration and sent the dog there, hoping to have it repaired. I didn’t think it could happen. I was stunned when I received the piece back. I can’t thank them enough. Henri is truly a restorative master!

I have a large, beautiful sea shell that is very sentimental to me and was accidentally broken by a cleaning company. I did not think it could be put back together, as it is very thin in many places and was broken in so many pieces. I found Fine Art Restoration online, read Henri's reviews and decided to give it a shot. This shell means so much to me, so I was nervous at first to drop it off, but immediately, Henri made me feel so comfortable. When I saw his studio full of so many different ceramics, statues, and art that other people in my position dropped off, and because of Henri's professionalism and expertise in restoring, I had no doubts about leaving my shell with him. Henri called me when my shell was ready, and I honestly was blown away when I saw it again in his studio! I was in tears to see it put back together perfectly, but then, when I really started to look at it, I couldn't tell where he had bonded it, filled in the cracks, and re-painted some of the color on top! He had blended it all perfectly, and I couldn't have been more grateful or happy with his repair. I would highly recommend Henri to anyone who is in my position who needs a sentimental item repaired and restored. Henri is also a really nice, funny guy who is very compassionate and professional.
